Old Pickers & Grinners Reunion #6 was held at the above building Sept 8th & 9th 2000
At Hydro Oklahoma 7 miles East of Weatherford Oklahoma, and 63 miles West of Oklahoma City Oklahoma.

I am sorry that many were unable to attend this year due to many reasons but that is understandable, however everyones thoughts were with us, especially Frank Barnes who passed away in June.
Frank was a good friend and musician not only to me but to everyone who knew him. I am also extremely thankful that i got to see him in 1998 at Marysville where he attended even though he was in failing health.

Those attending were, Bill Waldrop and Dot, Will Hunt, Randall Hatfield, Bob & Marie Johnson, Billy Blu Riley, Billy & Fran Prince, Mel Holstrom, and Marie Quinton.

At this writing it is unclear if there will be a reunion in 2001 but Barbara & Ralph Rogers has indicated that if her knee replacement surgery goes according to plan that her and Momma June Goodman will try to co-host it in 2001.

Momma June we are happy to report had knee surgery last fall and is doing great and has since lost around 70 pounds, and that is good news.

Heres looking forward to 2001 and that we all survive in good health...
