Old Pickers & Grinners Re-Union

The principal players in this re-union are musicians who worked the Los-Angeles Country Music circuit during the 60's and 70's.

Most of us never really made the big time but we were definitely a major part of the entertainment in the San Fernando Valley of California, and its environs for may years.

Tommy Gardner and I along with Bill Ford as drummer, Chuck Gosha on Bass, alternating with Al Keefe on Bass worked many clubs in the San Fernando Valley and most of the time to SRO crowds.
In September of 1995 Bill Ford planned to visit Tommy in Arkansas so I decided to visit also, Bill called Ralph Rogers in Tennessee and he said he would come also. That was the so called first reunion and afterwards we decided to have another one, and after lots of phone calls we ended up with number two at Ralph & Barbara Rogers's in Tennessee.
